Fall Camping Coordinator
Role Summary
The Fall Camping Coordinator plans Pack 232’s fall camping trip — often a “Fall Back to Scouting” event that doubles as a fun kickoff to the new program year and a recruitment opportunity.

Core Responsibilities
- Select and reserve a campsite or event venue for the fall outing
- Plan the event program in coordination with the Cubmaster
- Coordinate food planning with the Grubmaster
- Ensure at least one BALOO-trained adult is attending (if overnight)
- Promote the event as a recruitment opportunity — invite prospective families
- Communicate event details to families: dates, cost, packing list, logistics
- Collect registration fees (coordinate with Treasurer)
- Manage headcount and confirm attendance
- Ensure health forms and consent forms are collected for all participants
