Core Responsibilities
- Research and communicate summer camp options to pack families (resident camp, day camp, specialty camps)
- Coordinate group registration for Twin Rivers Council summer camp programs
- Track registration deadlines and early-bird pricing windows
- Communicate camp details to families: dates, costs, what to bring, transportation
- Coordinate with the Treasurer on camp fee collection and any scholarship/campership applications
- Help families with first-time camper concerns and questions
- Follow up after camp for feedback and to promote the experience to other families
