Pack Meeting Activity Coordinator

Role Summary

The Pack Meeting Activity Coordinator plans the program activities for monthly pack meetings — the games, crafts, demonstrations, and interactive elements that make pack meetings fun and engaging for Scouts of all ages.

Relationship Role
Reports to Program Chair
Works with Cubmaster, Den Leaders, Snackmaster

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan an age-appropriate activity or game for each monthly pack meeting
  • Coordinate with the Cubmaster on the pack meeting agenda to fit the activity into the schedule
  • Procure supplies and materials needed for activities
  • Set up and facilitate the activity at the meeting; recruit parent volunteers to help
  • Vary activities across the year: games, crafts, STEM activities, outdoor skills demonstrations
  • Consider advancement tie-ins where possible (activities that help Scouts earn belt loops or electives)
  • Clean up activity area after the meeting
