Apparel Coordinator

Role Summary

The Apparel Coordinator manages Pack 232’s t-shirts, SWAG, and branded merchandise — ordering, inventory, distribution, and sales. Pack apparel builds identity and pride among Scouts and families.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the inventory of Pack 232 Class B (activity) t-shirts: track sizes and quantities on hand
  • Coordinate t-shirt orders: gather size requests, select vendor, place orders
  • Distribute t-shirts to families and track who received what size
  • Determine when to reorder; coordinate with Treasurer for budget approval
  • Manage any additional pack SWAG (hats, patches, stickers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the Treasurer on pricing and payment collection for apparel sales
  • Ensure apparel designs comply with BSA branding guidelines
