Reservations, vouchers, tickets and passes that are not rescheduled or not used will expire at the end of the season that it was originally scheduled for. For Summer activities: Please check in at the Customer Service desk upon arrival and make sure to sign your waivers or hand in your pre-printed waivers if you have signed them online. Waivers must be completed before you receive your wristbands. For Winter activities: Please check in at the Ticket Windows or Customer Service desk to pick up your RFID card. All Season Pass holders must sign a waiver (first visit only) each year upon arrival at Catamount. If you do not sign the waiver for the season, your card will not work at the gate.
