Bob,

We have $2,838 on hand from the Slater. $2,700 for registration. $138 for patches and dog tags.

Please note that there was a $100 deposit that I paid back in the fall when reserving the Slater. The $100 was applied to our registration.

We had 54 people attend the overnight but paid for 55. I will try to get a refund for the 1 additional unused spot. At a cost of $50 per person our registration totaled $2,750. I paid a $100 deposit when booking back in the fall and an additional $2,650 on 3/17/2025 for the registration.

We over collected for the registration by $50 due to the last minute addition of Elisabeth McWilliam. The Pollock’s paid but didn’t make it. We should give the $50 from Elisabeth’s registration to the Pollock’s. Additionally, I will ask the Slater if we can get a refund for one person - the second Pollock registrant.

The Peris’ never paid but it washed out with the Van Etten’s. The Van Etten’s were a late addition and balanced out the absences of the Peris’ family.

I paid $136 for patches and dog tags out of pocket. I’ll send you the receipt for reimbursement.
