Hi Mark,
I am the Chartered Org Rep and Treasurer for Pack 1232. I am in the process of renewing our Charter for 2025. I have four adult leaders who have aged out with their scouts to BSA, are affiliated with a different Pack, or are no longer in a leadership role. I, unfortunately, do not see a spot or an option to remove them from the Position of Manager within the Organization Manager. Reading various Scouting forums, I noticed that others have run into the same issue and either required involvement from the Council or would just move them off to a Reserve Role (Unit Scouter Reserve) until they are purged. I have moved the four not currently involved within the Pack to a Unit Scouter Reserve role to keep moving forward. If this is not the best option, could you help me purge the following former adult leaders from our Unit Roster or direct me to the correct method to do so myself?
To save you some time, the four who have transitioned out of an active role within the Unit are James Cascione, Robert Eden, Rhonda Baker, and David Flores.
