2025 Scouting America Internet Recharter
Internet Recharter is the annual task each unit performs to renew the unit and the membership of its members for another 12-month term. Internet Recharter can take as little as 15 minutes if you prepare ahead of time. The due date to complete your Charter Renewal is December 23, 2024.
Top 3 helpful tips to Easy Charter Renewal:

Check the Youth Protection Training dates on your adult members. If their YPT date expires before 1/1/2025, they will not be allowed to remain on your roster and this can cause extended delays with Internet Recharter.

When new members join through Online Registration, remember you’ll need to accept the new applicants online using Application Manager.

Please do not use the add new member feature in Internet Recharter. Let the online registration add them automatically or send paper applications to the council office for processing. You can add any new member by simply clicking on the Update Unit Roster button and our system will upload them automatically to your roster before submittal.
