Folks,

Welcome back to school! Sorry for the LONG email but there is so much going on.

Our big event for the month is the Pack 232 Scoutapalooza! This is our annual kickoff and also a recruiting opportunity for the Pack. We hope that you all can make it and will bring along a friend or two. There will be a lot of fun activities for the Scouts, including: Balloon Drop Challenge, Fire Truck Tour, Ice Cream, Inflatable Archery Range, Crafts, and maybe 2L Bottle Rockets. See you all there!

If your scout earned any adventures over the summer please enter the information into Scoutbook! We want to make sure that they receive their adventure loops/pins at the Scoutapalooza!

Popcorn season is upon us. As you may know the Pack is 100% funded through popcorn sales. We ask that each scout sell a minimum of $300 in popcorn. For families with multiple scouts the minimum is $450 for the entire family. The best way to sell popcorn is through Storefront Sales (aka Show & Sells). The Pack has reserved a limited number of slots at local Lowes & Stewarts locations. Most scouts can hit the minimum in one Storefront Sale. Let me or Josh know if you have any questions.

I have attached a copy of the Pack calendar for your reference. The October Pack meeting date has moved to 10/6, please update your calendars.
