January Pack Meeting (Class A Uniform)

Join Pack 232 at our January Pack meeting! Reptile Adventure will be attending the meeting and sharing their amazing reptiles with us. Caution - your kid may want to buy a snake after this meeting.
The Amazing Cub Yukon (Outdoor Gear)
Saturday January 11, 2025 11:00am-2:00pm Lawson Lake County Park 293 Lawson Lake Rd, Feura Bush, NY 12067
Registration closes on January 9th
Pack 232 will be participating in The Amazing Cub Yukon. This Twin Rivers Council event focuses on winter outdoor activities. Please dress for the weather, plan to be outside for much of the day, and bring some snacks! The registration cost is $5 per scout and adult. Coffee, Hot Cocoa, and Ramen are included.
Schedule of Events:
- 11:00-11:15am - Check in
- 11:15am - Divide into groups and begin station rotation
- Spaghetti Tower
- Smores & Fire Safety
- Nerf Gun Firing Range
- Tire Bowling
- Paper Airplane Building
- Capture the Flag
- 1:45pm - Close of Stations
- 2:00pm - Announce Winner & Depart
Please RSVP in Scout Book and register on the Twin Rivers Council website. The registration fee can be paid online when register by credit card (+ 3% convenience fee) or via check mailed to Twin Rivers Council. When registering please identify your unit as Pack 1232 Family.

Parking for the event is available at the small parking lot by the main entrance. Additional parking is available on Lawson Lake Rd.

NOVA Science Everywhere for Cub Scouts (Class B Uniform)
Friday February 21, 2025 9:30am - 12:30pm High Rollers Roller Skating Rink 4313 NY-30, Amsterdam NY, 12010
Twin Rivers Council is organizing the NOVA Science Everywhere event for Cub Scouts at High Rollers Roller Skating Arena. Scouts will participate in fun hands on STEM activities that center on roller skating. After attending the NOVA Science Everywhere event scouts can complete a few additional requirements at home and earn their NOVA Science Everywhere Award.
