Make a New Pack Banner (Pat Kelley from Troop 75 to help, Corner Gateway in Voorheesville) in time for Memorial Day Parade b. New Bethlehem School District Policy (see attachment) c. Conservation Good Turn Award (April 13 event at Lawson Lake Park) d. Pack 232 received Journey to Excellence Gold award e. Recharter due by 1/31 f. Fort Orange District Pack Training Challenge – Highest Trained % in District by 3/31/2019 i. 1st Prize = $80.50 of advancement awards or $90 of derby kits & “make your own sundae ice cream social” for May Pack meeting + trained strips for adult leaders ii. 2nd prize = $64.50 of advancement awards or $67.50 of derby kits iii. 3rd prize = $48.30 of advancement awards or $54 of derby kits g. Cub Scout Resident Camp 2019 (need 1 adult per 3 scouts with 2 adults at a minimum) i. good transition for Cub Scouts crossing over to Scouts BSA – 3 nights versus 6 nights ii. “fun with a purpose” as well as numerous adventures/awards II. 2019 Bethlehem Winter Klondike (Rob Pattison & Gary Robbins) – February 10 from 10am-2pm a. Bears to make a carnival game (Grin and Bear It Adventure Requirements #2-5) b. Rob to provide sleds (scouts need to wear helmets when sledding) c.
