Hello!
Thank you for registering for a table at our upcoming activities fair. We are expecting a good turnout! Some basic info:
- Date: Monday, February 2, 2026
- Location: Glenmont Elementary School Cafeteria; 328 Rt 9W, Glenmont, NY 12077, enter through main entrance and cafeteria is to the left; there will be signs
- Set-up Time: 6:00 PM - School’s Out leaves at 6 pm, so please don’t arrive before 6
- Event Time: 6:30-8 PM
- Who It’s For: Families interested in activities for K-6 students, feel free to bring any swag, giveaways, sign up sheets, fliers etc
If you are a for-profit vendor, there is a $40 participation fee, $20 for non-profit organizations, which can be paid by cash, check made out to “Glenmont PTA”, or credit card at the pizza table.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance before the event. We’re excited to have you join us and look forward to a great evening! We will have plenty of extra chairs, tape and a few volunteers if you need a quick break!
