1/20/2014 Directions To Camp Directions to Camp Wakpominee From the Northwest, take exit 21 of the Northway. Follow Rte 9. South until it intersects with Rte 149 east. Turn left onto Rte 149 east, travel 5.9 miles. Turn left onto Buttermilk Falls Road. (Look for Black Rooster on the Left) Travel 4 miles on Buttermilk Falls road, The entrance to camp is located on the left side of Buttermilk Falls Road. From the Southwest, Take exit 20 of the Northway. Follow Rte 9. north ½ mile to Rte 149 east. Turn right onto Rte 149 east, travel 5.9 miles. Turn left onto Buttermilk Falls Road. (Look for Black Rooster on the Left) Travel 6.1 miles on Buttermilk Falls road, The entrance to camp is located on the left side of Buttermilk Falls Road. From the east, go to the intersection of Routes 4 and 149. Proceed west on Rte 149 Travel 5.7 miles turn right on to Buttermilk Falls Road. Follow Buttermilk Falls Road 4 miles.
