Hey there - I am planning on sending an email out to all that are going tonight on Scoutbook with the itinerary and what to bring and not to bring. That will also have the time to meet which may actually be around 4:30 but I will include that in the email. The attachment is a glimpse of the packet info from USS Slater.

Hi Kristen,

FYI - I sent over the Certificate of Insurance to the USS Slater so we should be all set on that.

What time is everyone meeting there? The original calendar event said 5 in the old system and the new one from SignUp Genius had said 4. That may need clarification in case people have conflicting info.

Also, as I was going through the original handout to get their address I think I noticed a permission form everyone has to fill out. I just wanted to raise that in case you hadn’t.

In regards to blasting out an email, the announce@pack232.com email list does work. At the moment it is restricted in regards to who can send to it. I defer to James, who does have access, regarding who should have access.
