8am: Main Setup crew Setup of the track, and AV. Rich Crumb will also start setting up concessions area Track needs to be cleaned as we unpack + assemble. [Rick has supplies already]

9:30a: Volunteers for Sign-in, Pit Crew, Decorations, and help running PC [should have plenty of time for test runs]

10-10:30a: Folks dropping off food/drinks for sale. Judges.

11a: Scouts begin to arrive! Let the madness begin!

[@Lea I don’t recall… I think the pizza was there around the time the scouts arrived so they were fed by racing time correct?]

Approx-Noon: Racing starts

For those of you who might be new to this… once we get going, the racing goes fairly fast. Last year we were doing awards at ~2pm, and we were completely packed up / heading home by 4pm.
