Pack 232 Parents,
Our last Pack event for the 2024-2025 scouting year will be the STEM Blue and Gold on Sunday 6/8/2025. Please check with your Den Leaders to ensure that your scout has completed all the requirements necessary to earn their rank badge. We look forward to seeing you all at the Blue and Gold!
STEM Blue and Gold (Class B Uniform)
Sunday June 8, 2025 1:00pm-4:00pm Lawson Lake County Park Lower Camp Rd, Feura Bush, NY 12067
The 2025 Blue and Gold will be STEM themed this year! The Scouts will be participating in fun activities that can lead toward their earning a Cub Scout Nova Award. There are 11 Nova Awards available to earn. We will be completing activities which meet some of the requirements for the Tech Talk, Science Everywhere, Out of This World, and Fearful Symmetry awards.
Planned activities include:
- SUNY Albany robotics demonstration
- Pipette Rockets
- Paper Airplane Design and Flying
- Paper Lanterns
Please arrive no later than 1pm to participate in the opening flag ceremony and the presentation of adventures and rank awards.
We will have light snacks and drinks for the scouts. Please feel free to bring a snack or baked good to share.
