Pack Meeting
The monthly all-hands gathering of Pack 232. All dens and families attend for approximately one hour. Each pack meeting includes a flag ceremony, a program activity, advancement recognition, and a closing. The pack meeting date is set at the annual program planning conference and should remain consistent month to month.

Venue & Logistics
Pack meetings are held at Glenmont Elementary. The Committee Chair submits the annual space request to the school.
Roles Involved
- Cubmaster – plans and runs the meeting
- Assistant Cubmaster – supports logistics and fills in as needed
- Den Leaders – ensure den attendance; may lead activities or skits
- Advancement Chair – prepares and presents advancement awards
- Program Chair – coordinates program themes and activities
